If i could I would actually rate DSTV a negitave number. For the past two weeks they been nothing but *********** in how they handle themselve. An agent by the name off Nomatambu reference call: ***/i172 thought it would be funny to leave my mother on the line for over 57minutes because she was caught in a line. She then went on to answer other calls while my mother was on hold for an additional 20mins. Clearly your agents dont care abbout your clients.
