Agent impatient and rude

Trying support on their WhatsApp number as TV not getting all the channels. Got Ndibulele as agent. Explained that I don't get all the channels on my TV, was told to log out on phone. Log back in on phone. I advised that problem is not on phone profile but on TV and was told to pay attention or chat will be ended and when I explained that tv is not getting all channels the chat was ended
