AGENT CLUELESS!!

I'm not happy with the service I received from your contact centre agent named Nokhuphila, she hung up on me because she could not answer my questions regarding my account. My account is a mess and this particular agent could not sort me out, I had to call again using my resources and time in order to get help...luckily for me Sphamandla helped me this time however I'm very disappointed at your service. This is 1 of the reasons why you lose customers, you need to remove her from customer care and take her to intense training.
