Agent added and account on my name without my permission now i get disconnected

Dstv is one of the most *********** companies ever and they need to take their agents for training, on 26th i called requesting my date to be changed to 25th from the 1st. I personally asked the lady if there will be extra charges and she rep**** NO!!!! To my surprise on 9th i was disconnected and when i called the 1st lady told me about payments, then we were disconnected. The 2nd lady explained to me dat there are 2 accounts on my name compact and premium whichbi ddnt ****en request by the way. She reassured me that she has sorted out the problem and i was connected again. This morning when i wake up my daughter wants to watch cartoons i am DAMN DISCONNECTED AGAIN FOR THE VERY SAME PROBLEM I DNT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!!!!! WHY are they hiring Stupid agents????!!!??!?? NOW MY DAUGHTER CNT WATCH CARTOONS BCZ A STUPID AGENT DECIDED TO ADD ANOTHER ACCOUNT ON MY NAME!!!!!!!!!DSTV SUCKS I WISH WE HAD ANOTHER BETTER OPTION.
