Again no sound

Again there is no sound on my mnet decoder . This afternoon I phoned after 1400 and logged the problem with Cameroon Pienaar who told me that he would escalate the problem .

At 1800 tonight I phoned again and spoke to Eda . She advised me that nothing was escaleted according to her system . She put me on hold to try and clarify the matter . In total the call duration on my cell phone was 27 minutes .

I did recieve a SD ********** number.

So at the end of the day I still dont have sound and in total I will pay for 35 min use on my cell phone .

Why is the problem persisting and who will pay me for my cell phone usage and lastly how can I be billed at the end of the month for a servise that I am not getting

And so it continues . Still no feedback from multichoice ?????????

So today we spoke to Qiniso and was given a ref ********** 7/572 for my mnet that again has no sound .

How many phone calls must I make before I get any feedback.

On Thursday I left my details for a special on the migration from analog to digital and yet again the 24 - 48 hours has gone and no call back .

Unbeleavable how multichoice can treat its clients
