Again Dstv's *********** accounts department

And we are back... After phone calls with apologies and assurances that my account is fixed now, Dstv has gone and disconnected me again. Same story as previously, apparently now I am R469.43 in arrears according to their website. Also received an sms saying I am disconnected because I am R370.43 in arrears. Seems no one actually has an idea what is going on. My account was fixed for a full three days. Dstv your accounts department is pitiful and ***********. Get this fixed asap!
