After months of complaining and then a promised refund... Nothing...

Quick to take unauthorised fees & promise to investigate and never getting back to you and then eventually a call back and a promised refund and then again... nothing... *********** poor Service!!!

I called on 31/08 to enquire regarding the larger than expected subscription due. I always pay more than I should in order to take Christmas off and have some extra money. MultiChoice does not send statements. I am new to DsTV and need to be informed about all the do's and don'ts. I bought an Explora and asked the agent what the lowest option was to have Box office. I was informed R350. This was on 12/06. When I called regarding the higher amount due, I was told that there is an R85 service activation of which I was never informed nor authorised. I requested that my subscription be suspended and that I wanted the VAS service fees back as I never authorised this. Thando promised to call me back on 31/08 after he and his manager listened to the call in June. He promised same day call back to confirm that my full monthly subscription will be repaid and my VAS payment. He said that on 02/09 my service will be suspended. Currently only the PVR function is suspended, I am spammed by the increased subscription fee to activate the PVR and I have not heard anything from MultiChoice. I was promised by Dinah as per our discussion on 12 September that I will receive a call back from Thando after my first complaint on Hello Peter. After my second review on 30 September, I was again contacted and assured by Dinah that the manager will call me back…. Rupert Paulsen called me on 24 November and committed to refund the money... nothing...
