After 6 months, Billed an amount I did not sign up for!!!

I have a compact with extra view subscription. In March this year I took the Explora price lock promotion R499 for 24 months that included (monthly Compact subscription and Access Fee, DSTV Explora with installation, delivery plus WiFi connector) & topped up with R49 Showmax promotion. I have been paying a subscription of R549 for the past 6 months & now I get A SURPRISE NOTIFICATION THAT THIS MONTH I WILL BE DEBITED R749.47. Kindly resolve or collect the the explora AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH DSTV because this is ********* and I am totally NOT HAPPY THAT I AM GOING TO BE DEBITED AN AMOUNT I DID NOT SIGNUP FOR!!!

The call DSTV Call center can't even assist. I was advised that I need to call the Price lock department after spending nearly 10 min on the line to inquire more!!!
