After 3 months of waiting still no Price Lock Installation

I signed up early February for Price Lock with new explora installation. THREE MONTHS LATER, many phone calls, several complaints logged on this platform and still nothing / no feedback whatsoever. Logged through call centre ref ***6 in March and last week 3 May logged another ***9. Spoke to Karaba Se***o today at the Price Lock department. She will escalate to her supervisor. I have heard so many promises but no results. What is the purpose of this platform if queries we log here is not resolved? I really need this to be sorted out asap. I cannot wait any longer please. By the way the company which show on your website for the installation is O Kellies in Cape Town. I live in George ! 430 km away from Cape Town!!!!!
