After 3 months, I am no longer who I say I am

3 times I have asked DSTV for a reason why a certified copy of my ID is no longer valid after 3 months and all I get is a different person each time saying \it is company policy". Please could the Compliance Head explain why I am not who the police say I am after 3 months. """
