A few days we had a problem with the reception of our TV. I phoned a few providers but none could help my. I called DSTV and one of there help line personal assisted me with the problem. The person's name Portia was very helpful. She guided me through the program to reset the decoders and solve the problem. I must say that she was extremely professional in her approached and the why she handled the problem.
