Administrative Dysfunctionality at DSTV Multichoice!!
<p>This started on Monday morning, this week. Hereunder my 4th email. I made 7 calls and got 3 calls from Multichoice and still NO letter!! I did escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Authority yesterday.</p> <p> </p> <p>"I’m now fed-up with the administrative dysfunctionality at Multichoice!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today was my sixth call(Dumisani) and this is my 4th email to Multichoice to get a letter promised by a Multichoice employee saying that I, Jasper Coetzee don’t owe Multichoice money!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My next step will be the Consumer Protection Authority and the Social Media and my Attorney.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need the letter by this afternoon!!"</p> <p> </p>

I still didnt recieve any concrete evidence that I must removed from the Credit Buro and no letter from DSTV Multichoice that I dont owe you any money. Today is five days since my first email on Monday this week.
