Additional subscriptions without consent

I have had additional subscriptions added without confirmation and my knowledge. I use premium however, an additional premium has been added, compact, Showmax and Disney which I have only noticed today that I have been paying since November. It is unprofessional of DSTV to allow this without my knowledge and confirmation. We have our own showmax account that is separate and only make use of one DSTV explora, which I took into wilrogate just last week. No consent was given for an additional card, additional subscriptions and I have had no communication whatsoever to confirm these. Customer number is attached
