Additional subscription

On Monday the 16 September I spoke to Linda Rooplall, who told me that she did log a complain for me and give me the reference ( ***1- C1) for my query as multichoice added the amount of R1079.50 toward my subscription of R1450.00 each month, Now they are saying I must pay R2529.50 which they can explain where this amount of R1079.50 is coming from. Today I was talking to Andiswa Phusi who made me hold on for 33 minute and 34 second without resolving my query.
