Adding **** accounts to my credit profile

I only have 1 package with your company at the moment, I'd like to know why you have added 2 different accounts onto my credit profile.

This needs to be resolved ASAP as I have 1 account, the balances reflecting on these accounts are also far fetched I pay R499 per month where does R2000 and R1600 come from

Remove this from my credit bureau profile immediately
