Added subcription without my knowledge

I have a problem with multichoice consultants so I received a call on sunday the 14th of July 2024 later in the evening stating that because i am a loyal customer and have been with multichoice for a very long time they are giving me a premium waiver for 12 months or a cashback of a total amount of R18.000 in the event of my death which means a beneficiary will claim between the 2 ,incase I pass on ànd its for free no additional costs will be added in my account and I personally asked if there be changes in terms of my monthly subcriptions payment and I was assured that no added fees ,to my suprise the following day when I was about to pay an extra R100.00 was added from R525.00 I had to pay R625.00 So in essence I was **** to by the consultant and I am definetely not happy and would like to be assisted in this regard and I need my refund ..
