ADD ONS ON MY PACKAGE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

I have a DSTV Compact with Multichoice which I am supposed to be paying R420 however this month my bill was R942 why I have no idea. I called their contact center and they advised me that there has been add-on of 2 subscription of movies and Indian channel. Asked them who added these things on my account without my knowledge she lady who was so rude said it was added by Self Service at 12am at night. i requested her to remove those subscription cause I never added anything on my account as I did not have it for almost 3months only in September I had reconnected the service now in October i have add on how. she says I could have done, advised her that I did not do any add on. She said she removed them but cant remove the charges, I asked to speak to a manager and she decided to put me on hold for 15minutes until I hung up. regarding the POPI act there cannot be someone doing things on my account without me acknowledging anything or signing any disclaimer.
