How is it that DSTV automatically adds DISNEY PLUS to your account without your consent and then you're forced to pay for it ??? Now I am being sent from pillar to post ((because their staff on all platforms are ***********)) because I demand a REFUND and for the subscription to be CANCELLED . HOW this is even legal ??? day light ******* !!!!!!!!!!!!!

23 Oct 2023, 23:04I managed to get it sorted . Ive been credited and subscription cancelled. You have no right to add subscriptions to peoples account and then force them to pay for it .
