activating packages without my authorization
<p>I have disconnected a package on a decoder I dont use anymore but I saw this month my bill was got up and I'm owning DSTV extra money. I have only 1 working decoder at the moment but still have been charged for the 1 I don't use and even reconnecting fee that I never ask for. I'm on the family package and I normally pay extra but now I'm beeing cheat on.</p>

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
As discussed, we have cancelled the other smartcard that was reconnected in error. Only one smartcard is active on the DStv Family package.
Furthermore, we have manually adjusted the account and it reflects a credit of R261.33.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
In effort to improve customer satisfaction, please let me know how you rate the service I have given to you by revisiting the survey/conversion rate on Hello Peter. The rating is on a scale of one to five (1 being poor and 5 being good). Your feedback is important to us.
