Activate my subscription
Useless consultants with different information.. all they had to do was so simple was to activate my subscription instead of them telling I need to wait for the date I agreed with them., I'm not owing them anything. Aaag sis man

As advised on our call, we are working on the account.
Please be advised to do the following reboot steps: 1. Switch your decoder off2. Pull out smartcard 3. Un-plug the decoder from the main plug4. Wait for about 45 seconds to a minute5. Plug the decoder on the main plug6. Switch on the decoder7. Wait until insert smartcard message reflects on your TV screen
