activate my discount

was paying my account only to find out my bill amount has changed called and inquired and was advised my discount ended. i asked for my discount to be activated i was told the system is slow but it will be re-activated. yesterday when i check my bill it has more additional amount to it and discount was not done i was told to check after 6 hours n see if it has been done, till today its still not done. dstv does not value us as clients. i was told there was an outstanding amount the i have to pay when i asked what is the amount for no-one could tell me what is was for
