Acting against POPIA

I have been spammed now for the last month for an account that is not mine. On calling DSTV they say they can't change the number on their clients profile without the clients instruction. But I have not given them permission either to contact me as a none DSTV client!! So they are acting against the POPIA by spamming ME for this individuals outstanding account. They need to do a trace on the client. That is not my job DSTV. Get your act together and listen to what the person is saying. You do not have the right to spam me, on my number, for someone else's debt.
