Acknowledge they owe, promise a refund which never arrives

<p>In July I went away for 5 weeks and suspended my subscription for one month. I did it on 22 July and had my service reconnected on 27 August. They promised to credit me with a one month subscription. Each and every month since I have phoned and queried why they have not paid. They acknowledge they owe the money and promise me to repay it but never do. The call centre staff are always very courteous, promise that a credit will go through but I never receive it.</p>
