Accredited Multichoice Installer Muck Up

On Wednesday the 9th of August at 09h00 I phoned tDSTV Installations Krugersdorp, an accredited Multichoice installer. I explained that my grandmother's dish must have moved throughout the night and I need someone to go out, climb on the room with a Satnav, move the dish back into place and check that the 3 channels she isn't receiving, gets picked up again. I asked for an appointment at 16h00, He then asked me to complete a website form, which I did. By 14h00 I haven't had any feedback and phoned again. I spoke to a technician and he said he would only be there at 17h30 because he was stuck at a client. I then conferred with him and he said he would be there the next morning at 08h00. I sms'd him the next morning confirming the appointment and his reply was that he would only be there after 9. He arrived after 9, climbed on the roof, ordered my very fragile 89 year old grandmother to stand in front of the TV and yell stats out to him. Nothing was fixed. Phoned again yesterday and the owner said he would send Rex after I said dont send Rex. No one was sent and when I phoned the afternoon the phone was put down in my ear. I cannot believe this is an accredited Multichoice installer!
