Accredited installers are a ****

About 3months ago I changed to the dstv price lock. Called an installer, MKJ and by the name of Bert.

My initial free installation for TV 1 only required that he change the dish as the existing cables were about a month old only. For the second TV, he charged me R700. He did not take into account the free 20m wiring that was supposed to be used for TV 1. I let it go...

He promised me that the cabling was placed under the roof, upon getting onto the roof the day later, the cables were running directly on the top of the roof!!! I have contacted Bert who is not friendly over the phone to come and correct this issue. I have made MULTIPLE attempts, at least 20-30 phone calls when he keeps promising that he will come. It's been almost 3 months now. He has not come or even called to say anything.

This is disgusting service

When I told him that I am going to report him to dstv he said I should go ahead.

Accredited installers who don't have fear for the agency they are accredited with? This is disgusting! Please help me resolve this. Thanks
