ACCREDITED INSTALLER REFUSES TO INSTALL

I bought a HD Single View from Take-a-lot for R 599.00 which includes installation. The acredited installer that DSTV told me to contact says he does not do this type of installation. The installer is HD Satellite in Durban - **********
