Accredited Installer faulty installation 30daysago
OnAir contacted us to upgrade from the PVR to Explora with duel view. The package included installation of satellite & cables by Multichoice Accredited Installer. Collen Connect came to our house during the first week of January 2015, took out all our PVR cabling & satellite and replaced it all. To date, not all the channels work on the PVR with error message \searching for signal". Multichoice helpdesk say its an installation problem & OnAir agree"
