Accounts incompetence

I keep getting billing information from this company. I have called and confirmed with them that i do NOT have a dstv account but they insist on sending me the billing anyway. Is this telecom giant so *********** that the simple task of removing me is beyond their capabilities. Do i need a lawyer? I am sick of it.
