Accounts department overcharge without my consent.

<p>April this year i had to downgrade my subscribtion to only the R49 per month USB Drifta.</p> <p>Last month service was cut off because Multichoise billed me with R975.</p> <p>I called the call center on 2 June. Lindiwe was very friendly and helpfull. She said that the IT department needed to sort out the incorrect bill. </p> <p>I checked my self service today 8 June and it was reduced to R587,61.</p> <p>THE BILL SHOULD ONLY BE R49 PER MONTH AND I AM NOT IN ARREARS. </p> <p>I am actualy paid up for another month in advance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Plesase any body that can help!</p>
