Good day, My debit order didn't go through for the month of September and my Dstv was stopped. Had to pay R50 penalty for re connection and i never cancelled it. October the same thing happened and i did receive the sms but ignored it because i never cancelled it, now i have to pay another R50 penalty . They should have communicated if they have cancelled my debit order and i could've made a payment already.
