Account/Billing Issues
Account/Billing Issues I am trying to resolve my account with DSTV for the last 2 days. My services was disconnected due to non-payment but my account runs off a debit order. I am trying to resolve this and no one can resolve this issue. I have spoken to a manager by the name of Derrick that was going to sort out my issue immediately I am still waiting. Is there no competent people working at this company????

We have tried to contact you for feedback on ***, with no success.
The account was debited R285.76 because of a downgrade that was done on self service on the 25.10.2020 to downgrade to DStv Easy view package.
The account was upgraded back to DStv Premium package hence there were other debit order that were sent and then the account was activated.
We have reversed the reconnection fee on the account.
