account upto date but dish disconnecting

I phoned for my dish to be connected, however no one seems to help me I get transfered here n there im a disabled elderly person, I live on my own most of the time my call drops cause I run out of airtime, the consultants can't even call back,I pay fot this service and I been a loyal customer please connect my services, my next payment is on the 28th,please help me
