Account suspended even though I had disconnected
I scheduled a disconnection of my account on the 24th of May 2015. Multi choice billed me for the month of June even though my Dstv was disconnected I disputed payment and eventually reversed the debit order due to lack of assistance from them. A month later I think I eventually paid but till this day my dish is not working. <br> Another interesting part of this whole this is the fact that' balance due online is not the same as the balance per the statement. In fact as per the statement Multichoice owes me as my account sits in a credit.<br> Am utterly disgusted.
