Account suspended due to insurance I did not sign for it.
Hi, I have account with Multi choice which I have been paying for years and I never took insurance for my decoder. I made payment via EFT on the 01/03/2024 and today my account is now suspended. I contacted them and I was told that I have an outstanding amount for insurance. I was told to contact the insurance company which I never signed any contract with them. How can they add insurance on my account without my knowledge?
