Account suspended because of myself service being up to ****

2 weeks ago i viewed my balance on myself service to make payment for viewing. I made payment of 600 because thats what my balance was. This morning i woke up to no service and i have to hear my account is in arrears??? ***?? Why is my account in arrears, why didnt myself service show how much must be paid to have viewing for a month? Very very unhappy today.
