Account suddenly in arrears

Hi My name is Maxwell. On saturday morning when i got home, my dstv service was disconnected without being notified in any way. Fine i called Multichoice how is that possible when i made the payment on the 31 of august 2015. I was told that i owe +- R200 then i asked how is that possible because my service has been working for months now and a few months back when i reconnected my service after being inactive for quite some time they gave me a specific amount to pay R560 in order to re-activate my account which i did pay. WHen i ask how did +-R200 amount accumulate, they now tell me i should have paid so and so amount instead of R560 so i still owe the remaining. My problem was never about paying that amount but why was i not notified on my cell, dstv mails on tv or anything. Just out of the blue after months of the service being active i now owe some amount. Palesa on Saturday promised to return my call after speaking to he seniors, yesterday i was promised i cant remember the name of the operator that Keith(Supervisor) was going to call me but even now nothing. DSTV make their mistakes my problem and make it as if it is me who did not pay trhe right amount.
