Account still not sorted

Last month I had to phone again to try and sort out my account problems. Still up to now no one called or rectified my problem. Every month I'm phoning to get my account for the month and I'm paying it on EFT. I can not watch box office due to your poor service. Please assist to sort out my issues. I'm sitting with an active PVR account and 2 explorer accounts and I only have one explorer. This is now a problem for the last 4 months and I cannot beleave that a big company like DSTV can't sort a small problem like this out
