Account still not active ***1

Im yet to be assisted after two weeks of frustration. Multichoice *********** call centre agents and their supervisors who do nothing to assist paying customers. Pretend to log calls and every time I call I have to relay the same narrative everyday. I was offered 6 months Premium package by one of the employers when I wanted to downgrade but know one seems to know whats going on because notes are not logged on the system or accurately logged. My account is still not active even though I have paid. we are being bul**** by this institution and something some happen.
