account re-activated without my permission

<p>Goodday</p> <p>Just called the call centre cause I received an sms that I am owing. I know I made payment on the 26th. I called the call centre only to be told that the sytem reconnected an old account of mine. I am now not trusting you, I can't even register on self service its telling me that my customer number is invalid. I want a detailed report as to what is going on? </p> <p> </p>
