Account query

I am being harrassed by multi choice to pay extra money every month, I call them every month to fix my account as I am on normal compact of 399 but it seems no one is able to do that. End of February I paid normal subscription but now they disconnected my services because they want me to pay extra for service I don't have. They don't have customer service.
