Account queries- pathetic and *********** customer service

The worst service ever from May my contract expired and I did not renew went on a normal monthly payment which l would pay monthly on their my DStv app when they bill me from May l have been reaching out calling , live chat emails no help yesterday l spoke to 4 agents who careless from 16:33 to 20:00hrs were the last agent dropped the call on my ear no descents to say l will call back tomorrow still resolving- they **** l owed l sent all proof of payments they gave me 3 different amounts to pay im one day and asked l said my documents to a random +263 my bank statements and passport ****mers . Till now none of the agents has contacted me after sending emails etc its frustrating after paying DSTV premium monthly bad experience customer service sucks rude agents
