Account Problems

<p>Dear DSTV,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now my last resort in trying to resolve my account issues after various calls to the customer call centre and visit to a walk-in centre. On 6 October 2016 I made a payment of R422,54 to my account whereafter my viewing was not reconnected. I phoned the contact center and emailed a proof of payment for them to reconnect me. They reconnected me and I could watch again. On 11 October 2016, dstv suspended my service due to outstanding payments and I phoned the contact center. After emailing my proof of payment once again, they reconnected me and I could resume my viewing. On 21 October 2016 my service was again suspended due to outstanding payment and I once again called the contact centre. After explaining my history up until then I was reconnected and on 26 October 2016, I was again suspended. I have had no response from DSTV even though I have 2 reference numbers ( ********** 4-C1 and ********** 4-C2). Please sort this out or you ate loosing me as a customer..... No wonder everbody is diverting to showmax and net flix and so forth because dstv has poor service.</p>
