I am writing to you on behalf of our retirement village. We recently joined the Multichoice retirement scheme which enables our residents to receive the popular DSTV programs at a reduced cost.<br> We are dealing with their commercial section and are unable to reconcile their stop order with the number of participants. The cost per participant is not the same from one month to the next. We have made several to rectify this, without success. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that they will not accept telephone calls and all communication must be by e-mail to which they do not respond. In addition to this as we are registered as a section 21 company our auditors insist that we receive monthly invoices, the problem has now become so bad that our Board of Directors is threatening to cancel the agreement with multichoice which will mean that many of our pensioners will no longer be able to afford to receive DSTV.
Best regards,
