Account pmnt / Debit order

I have signed up with DSTV for the price lock of R539 and set up a debit order for the 25th of every month. But for the last 3 months suddenly i have to do a CASH pmnt everymonth. Once i have done the pmnt i have to phone them because for what every reason this money goes into my old DSTV account and they need to transfer it to Explore account. Last month i have contacted there call centre to find out why do i have to pay CASH and the lady told me that she doesnt know but on her system it shows there is a debit order set up. Today i have phoned the call centre again because i have received a bill of R1220 when i asked why he said its because all pmnts i make goes to the old account. He told me that he will transfer the money to the Explore. After doing that i have asked him what will this months installement be and he told me that it will be R749 i have asked why and he said its because of my debit order, i have told him that is there problem because he said it was there system. He has looked at my account and saw that it show my account is a CASH account. I will not pay the R749 because my contract that i have signed was for R539 or they can come and collect there Explore. But for all i care i ma not leaving it here i am going to expose them for inconviencing me for the 3 months
