Account paid but services gets suspended

My services has been suspended. A payment was tried to be debited after i paid my account CASH. The payment went back as insufficient funds but was loaded on their side as a reversal TWICE. My services keep on being suspended. I contacted multichoice numerous times... each time i get told it has been escalated. I must sms my details to pricelock as it is with them - nobody phones me back and my account has not been rectified. I paid my dstv but my services gets suspended
