Account overcharged
I have been overcharged, my premium is R549 but I’m being charged R1128 and their reason is that I’m in arrears of which it’s impossible because if it was my account would have been switched off since I’m paying via eft. Dstv is ******** us because this is frustrating

28 Jul 2021, 06:07As of today Dstv has not responded, I asked why my payment that was made on the 1July was reversed on the 22nd July. Because that has caused my premium to be doubled. Who reversed my payment and why? Who got the refund?
