Account overcharged
I have been over charged for no reason, my account has been showing a balance of R597 to be paid on the 1st of August 2021 but this morning when I opened my DSTV app it showed me R1431 balance to be paid on the 1st of August. I called multichoice and the agent does not have any valid reasons or explanation for me. This is a **************** from DSTV and it is frustrating.
