Account over charged

I have recently installed an explora decoder from mulivhoice ,which I had a Compact package. In the beginning the payment eas normal which I paid the price for a Compact package., but then next month I had to more then the normal fee I had to pay. I logged queries numerous times and went to visit the nearest multichohce office and still my problem cannot be solved.
