Account over billed

<p>Hi a haven account with Multi choice, every month from April 2016 they over charge my account. I call them every month for a refund and to fix my account. I spoke to manometer the team manager who promised to fix my account but to date I still over pay R85.00. When ever I call their call centre they transfer my call Pillar to post & no one bothers to call me back even though they have my contact details.</p>
