Account number ***6 unauthorised debit order

<p>In December of 2016 I asked MultiChoice (DStv) to STOP debiting my Nedbank bank account. They promised me they'd stop. I was anticipating that they would beat their won poor trend of not listening to customers and actually do as they promised this time around. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was wrong- DStv proved consistent in the established art of Customer Disappointment. They debited my account I don't know how many times. But I was particularly angered when they did so late February early March when there were insufficient funds in my bank account. As a result of DStv MultiChoice's incompetence, I have suffered the following:</p> <p>1. a loss of R110.00 in unpaid debit order fees towards the bank</p> <p>2. weakened credibility of my credit profile as it usually happens with every unpaid debit order</p> <p>3. money and time talking to the bank about this matter and making endless calls and sending tweets to MultiChoice DStv, which according to their custom get ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want DStv to know that thousands of South Africans are UNHAPPY ABOUT DSTV'S SERVICE and we are with you not because we want to, but simply because we have to, for now. The day a competent competitor enters the industry, I will volunteer to recruit and canvass on behalf of such a service provider against DStv- for FREE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please send my R110.00 refund at once.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>account number ********** 6</p> <p> ********** </p>
